Army National Guard here. The new Army Combat Uniform, ACU, is nice and loose, and comfortable. Some of us jokingly call them Combat PJ's.....

I too was in the Navy and I agree with Paladin about the dress blues. Some of us had our tailored so that the bulge wasn't so obscene but that still didn't help that much. The whites and working blues were just as bad for a few of us as nothing could hide what we had to hide. When they introduced the "new" uniforms I think they were thinking about the females in the Navy as flat front pants do nothing to hide a bulge.
