So it's likely that the "number in a group given size" kinda mean "The number of men that long on earth"

Less than one percent of men are longer than 8.5" when erect. That is assuming that we are talking about real, accurately measured inches, and not internet ones.

I don't see many people quibbling with notion that the average cock size is 5.9 with stdev 0.8...so I will.
That means that 68% or so of erect penises are between 5.1" and 6.7"...and, since we are interested in the top end, 13.6% are between 6.7" and 7.5" with 2.1% between 7.5" and 8.3".
I certainly haven't conducted a scientific study but I've seen some cocks in my time (ahem) and I don't buy that only 14 out of 100 are between 6.7 and 7.5 with only 2 larger than 7.5. There are more large erect penises than that. I can't tell you if I've seen 100 penises (I haven't exactly been keeping a running tally of number of penii seen) but I've seen many more than 2 over 7.5".
This is BTW based almost exclusively on North American cocks, plus some from Western Europe...so perhaps the 5.9 take into account more locations?

I think I agree with BigD_2. I suspect that cocks in India, for example, are generally smaller than among Americans. India has a huge population, so just that element could influence the statistics. I'm not sure about China, another populous country. Chinese vary a lot in stature, but I believe they may be smaller in stature than Americans. I have seen a lot of cocks, and most have been smaller than mine. However, I have seen enough as big or bigger, that I don't see how the statistics given can be correct for the U.S. I am uncertain of the length of the largest I have seen (in person), but I would guess between 10 and 11 inches - and it was on a Black man. I have seen many pics of local guys who obviously are bigger than the statistics should allow.
