For me when I dream about my penis it is of course obscenely long, but also weirdly misshapen. I often have very sexually charged dreams, but it's the erotic charge, not the physical detail that I wake remembering. I'd never realized until you asked that I have zero recollection of any penis from my dreams.

That would depend on why he was dreaming. In your case, you have serious issues with penises, so they are the focus. In his case, perhaps some other issues are what his brain is trying to resolve, so in his dreams he just has his regular penis.
