What are the best exercises for a better experience in bed?

    Stupid topic, but what exercises are going to best translate to better stamina / thrusting / etc in bed? Push-ups I'm sure, but any others that one should focus on (above and beyond staying in good shape in general).

    Stamina: try reading the book "the Multi-Orgasmic Man" by Mantak Chia and Douglas Abrams. It has a lot of information about how to control your ejaculatory orgasms with Kegel exercises. I found the book fascinating, although have not gone in depth into what is discussed. the book also has a lot of information for your wife/girlfriend about how she can enjoy the experience more. you can check it out on amazon.com.

    Exercising and strengthening your core muscles are some of the best exercises if you want to increase your body's stamina in bed so a balanced regiment of weights, aerobic, anaerobic, and endurance training are probably the best that you can do.

    If you're looking for more stamina where it counts, make sure you include your Kegels along with exercising. Not only will they help you maintain your erection, but also control and provide more powerful orgasms.

    However, I've found the more I concentrate on satisfying my own partner's needs, the better I ultimately become. Either it's the drive to please him, or the competition to see which one of us can out-do the other.

    Sex is the best exercise IMHO. Do try it at home.

    I agree with Domisoldo, who beat me to the punch.....

    Sex, sex, sex, sex, and then more sex....is the best exercise
    you can do, and the more you do, the better you will get......

    But, all the other suggestions are also valid....do just do it all

    I have just finishing reading a book called "The Five Tibetans", which are a yogic system of simple yet energizing exercises. They take a minimum of daily time and effort (around 5-10 mins), but can dramatically increase physical strenght and suppleness as well mental acuity. Also included by the writer is an exercise that is valuable in strengthening the sex glands, thereby enhancing sexual activity. Some men may find it helps them in controling their ejaculation, thus enabling them to last longer during intercourse.

    I personally cannot comment or report on the effectiveness of the exercisee, having only just obtained the book. However I fully intend to start the exercises on a regular daily basis.

    Yes push-ups are great for that!

    Another type of exercise I'd recommend is anything that increases cardio endurance such as running or swimming. (Plus there's a reason I like male swimmers' bodies! :biggrin1:) This way you build up stamina so you won't tire out as quickly!

    Heh, I should've clarified better.

    I didn't mean stamina in terms of cumming too early.

    I meant the more boring aspect of having good enough muscle tone that I don't get tired holding myself up for prolonged periods of time (missionary style), or with lots of thrusting, etc.

    Hey, 4rent......Is that all you do.....missionary style? How boring!

    Is that the only position in your intercourse repertoire? No damn wonder you
    get tired, man. That is one of the most tiring and the most boring positions
    there is! Maybe it's not that you lack stamina, but you get tired because you
    get bored! Something to think about!

    There is so much more to having sex than just doing the missionarry! Do a
    position that will take the weight off your legs and your back. Try doing it
    from the side, or let your partner sit on you, or try doing it doggy style. A
    good position is with your partner laying on the edge of the kitchen table with
    legs over your shoulders....you will be standing and there will be no weight
    problem...just thrusting. Of course you could do it in the shower...I love that!

    Plus, using your dick isn't the only way to have sex, since it isn't your only sex
    organ as I am sure you know. Try different things, buy a book about positions
    and sex play. Try oral. Make sex a fun thing, and I guarantee you, you will not
    even think about losing stamina!!! :veryhappy:

    By the way, why do you have to do all the work? And, for that matter, all
    the trusting? Let your partner do some of the work.
    Good sex, where you never get bored or tired, means that BOTH must try
    to please the other and both are equal pleasers.


    Hell, otherwise, you might just as well buy an inflatable doll, or a fleshlight! :shrug:

    squats
    situps/crunches
    if you don't like pushups you could do bicep curls and tuck your chin in to work your pecs while squeezing your abs too:cool:.
    right-angled leg lifts....you'd be surprised
    stretching can't hurt (the looser the legs the better) i like to put my leg up on something higher than my waist and slightly lower my supporting leg

    another one....works the glutes, lower back, back of your legs, calves....

    Short deadlift

    Grab some weights.. make like you were going to bend and touch your toes but don't... pull back forth about 6-9 inches (reps should be fairly quick) using your glutes and legs. Don't use your arm muscles to compensate for the weight.

    I believe women make the connection (subconscious?) nice ass=good thrusting=orgasm. Remind yourself... do you ever cum jacking slow?....no....neither will they if you just take it easy all of the time.

    As far as kegel routines go...

    100 quick and hard squeezes
    25 2 sec squeezes
    5 5sec squeezes
    break
    40 sec hold
    The goal for this routine is to be able to do it while brushing your teeth.

    If you're godly

    50 5sec squeezes 3 times a day

    You may have heard of the pc muscle but there's also something similar called the bc muscle which I believe is even more important for erections than the pc muscle. Basically you "squeeze/pull" the muscle at the bottom of your penis for the pc muscle and PUSH from the bottom so that you feel it near the top of the penis for the "bc" muscle (reverse kegel)
