Well, lay it on me.
i was just gonna start one of these.
im going to a club......yeah foolish i know
I'm not doing anything and couldn't be happier!
I'm a New Years grinch!
I'm going to spend New Years eve with my best friend from high school and his wife at their house. Special friends :biggrin1:
The one who I would prefer spending it with lives too far away and I will very much be missing them :frown1:
Not a thing - that could change but most likely won't haha
My other half and I always go to good friends for New Year's eve. (It's a lovely dinner party) On the first we are staying home and having champagne and caviar.(It's a tradition for us)
I'll probably be slipping it to The Squeeze on the nude beach in Mixtla.
I love how diverse the activities are. I'm going to be playing a show, so we'll see how it goes. Nothing like lugging around musical equipment around a horde of drunks.
Hi Apollo1, sorry, never noticed your thread before I did mine. But as it says, a busy night of fun planned!!
Staying in, talking to my friends via phone and the internet. Happy to be doing so.
spooning with moi
Sleeping on these darn floor mats, drinking some bubbly and may get lucky if my damn period don't come...
Watching other peoples fireworks going off
I posted this exact same post yesterday and nobody replied to it.
I would reply to your thread if it wasnt redundant by now
I am preparing for a quiet New Year's Eve at home with the folks. My family does the festa dei sette pesci on New Year's Eve; because we are usually too busy wrapping gifts & going to church and whatnot on Christmas Eve to cook.
This time last year dad was in the hospital and we didn't know what was wrong. :frown1: Mom did the whole elaborate thing and brought it to his hospital room. I think she was afraid it would be his last NYE. :frown1: Yes, he was that ill. He went in the hospital 12/27/08 and came out 3 weeks later and 30 pounds lighter. It's been a rough year healthwise for me and him; and I am ever so grateful he is here for another New Year's Eve.
The festa dei sette pesci menu:
Alaskan Snow Crab legs
Lobster tails and drawn butter
Shrimp Fettucini Alfredo
Fried Catfish (hey we're black not Italian :tongue
Did you know PDiddy & CIROC Vodka will be distributing thousands of debit cards worth up to $15 around New York City to ensure that holiday revelers get home via taxicab.
Why are you not sleeping on a bed? Floor mats are for kindergarden kids at nap time.
We just moved to Nevada
Our BEDS won't be here for a little while..
We are not bout to buy a new bed..
Plus, we could not here in this darn town..
so either the floor or floor mats:tongue:
Least we have the carpet cleaned!
Principessa, it sounds like you've got quite the menu. I'm jealous. It's cool to see how everyone will be celebrating. I'm a bit surprised by how many peeps will be staying in.
Having friens over and cook together.
At the moment I'm preparing this lovely chocolatecake from Vienna
*steals the cake and eats it* :biggrin1:
