I thought Sex Drive was pretty hilarious!

It turned out to be a lot funnier than I thought it would be! I like that it doesn't try to hide the fact that it is just a piece of silly, gross-out humor, and it doesn't try to be anything else... it makes the film that much more fun.

Big Lebowski
Dumb and Dumber
Some Like It Hot
Groundhog Day
Life of Brian
Holy Grail
Kingpin
Fargo
Dr. Strangelove
South Park

A lot of good picks on here, some very good taste - this was just closest.

I'd add

Team America
Me, Myself & Irene
Porkies-(It was on last night,& the kid in me loves that film)
Life of Brian
Austin Powers
Any of the first 4 Sellers Pink Panther films.
Blazing Saddles
Planes, Trains & Automobiles
Slapshot
The Ladykillers
Wallace & Grommit: Curse of the Were-Rabbit
Funny Bones (a truly odd, extraordinary comedy, that doesn't fit into any kind of genre, & I'd advise anyone who likes a proper film to watch it, as it has so many layers, & isn't that well known - with Lee Evans, Jerry Lewis, Leslie Caron, Oliver Reed & Oliver Platt. )

If I might add one:
The In-Laws from 1979 with Peter Falk and Alan Arkin, NOT the screwed up piece of trash remake of the same name with Michael Douglas.

Not much into "comedy" flicks. A couple of favs were mentioned (The Blues Brothers, Dr. Strangelove). First thing that came to my mind was The Pink Panther. The first and original. The sequels were crap, imo. ("It must've been hell")

I also get a kick out of "I'm Gonna Get You Sucka" ("You was whistling 'Willie help get the bitch offa me'?")

How 'bout Catch 22? That was a f**kin' scream, eh?

So I married An Axe Murderer - (Mike Myers, pre Austin Powers) For my money it's better than the Austin Powers or Wayne's World films which I found predictable.

Hudson Hawk - Universally panned but the wealth of snappy one liners make it a fave.

Princess Bride - "Hello. My name is Inigo Montoya. You killed my father. Prepare to die."

Be Cool - For the Rock's country performance alone.

Priscilla, Queen of the Desert. - Definitely top ten.

Shallow Grave

Evolution

*Edit*
The Big Hit - Mark Walberg & John Woo teamed up for a genius comedy.

I loved certain dark comedies like "Head above water" and "Very bad things", both of which made me sit up and pay attention to Cameron Diaz early on as a versatile actress to watch and pay attention to.
And "Freddy got fingered" always cracks me up for its sheer genius and depravity.
