Based on what I have heard from my married friend's that pretty much stops shortly after the wedding and after the baby comes you can pretty much forget getting laid.

I think most guys who do it don't see it as cheating, just see as two buds who are not getting their needs met helping each other out. I'm not sure the premise - that ’so many married men have a suck buddy' - is true. I don't know of any straight married men who do and doubt it's that common.

If you're turned on by a woman then having a man on the end of your dick is not going to do much for you. It's not just about technique or knowing your way round a knob.
