What comes after the 'best reaction'

Reading the 'best reaction' topic, I was just wondering.
How much could she 'take' after, the first time?

Looking at a well hung guy it seems that most (all?) women get excited, but then do they all succeed in taking it all?
What's their reaction to not being capable, or feeling pain?

Some can take it all the first time. Some have refused to take any of it. and others have given me rules of "Do not put it all the way in, just half way. Okay?"

I've been in pain (cramping/bruising) after, but I usually, except for two, manage to take it all and enjoy myself during the activities. :08:

Almost every girl i've been with was in pain when we first did it. At least a few of them bled afterwards.

They usually get used to it after the 2nd or 3rd try. One girl never got used to it.
