Early this year, an attractive Asian guy moved into an apartment across the courtyard. His apartment windows are about 50 feet away from, and one story lower than mine. I have a direct view of his bedroom.
Until the weather turned nice, his curtains were usually drawn, but occasionally I would catch glimpses of him walking around. This evening, his bedroom curtain was wide open and I had view of his shirtless torso -- lean, with a nice v-shape, but I did not get a front view.
Cutting to the chase, at what point what point does catching glimpses cross the line into being a Peeping Tom?
