Around 2 months ago I noticed a small mark near the base of the head of my (uncut) penis.

It hasn't bothered or irritated me but it hasn't gone away either.

It almost looks like a cut (it isn't) but it does make me wonder.

Any thoughts?

Hard to tell from this picture. Can you use an optical zoom instead of a digital zoom? That will help with the resolution and should allow it to be an upload image without looking fuzzy.

It almost looks like skin bridge, but I really can't tell from this pic.

It needs to be looked at by a Physician even if someone here might think they know what it is. Don't waste anymore of your time, see a Physician soon.

After seeing a Physician would you mind letting us know what it may be and the treatment prescribed.

Almost looks like a scratch and at the same time at a location where your skin tugs at the corona. I doubt that’s what it is/was. Just reminiscent.

Thanks for the updated picture. It doesn't look like a skin tag like I initially thought. I'm not sure what it is, and I have a feeling that the doctor will say its nothing, or will find a fancy and round about way of saying its nothing. Our bodies look different as we age, you might get a spot on your arm, and it doesn't mean anything is wrong. Our penises are not immune to this either.

I am interested in hearing what the doctor says. Good luck.

The online Doctor did refer to it as a "lesion" and asked if it felt soft/flesy or hard and gritty. It's soft and fleshy and isn't really noticeable to the touch. Zero pain or discomfort, just visually it is present.

Looks like the head of your cock may have stretched beyond normal for some reason and it caused a little micro tear that healed leaving that mark. If it’s not bothering you and everything still works......

this sounds like the most likely reason. Its not sexual transmitted which is obviously the biggest worry. It's not really getting worse but I may still go to a walk in sexual health clinic to get it checked.
