You guys are probably the best to answer this since, well, you make your partner scream more than the average Joe, presumably at least.

So, English version of an answer:
"Oh ya"
"Fuck me"
"Oh my God"
"Ya"
"ughhhhh" (more a noise than a word)

What do they say in your language? Please also translate it if possible to English.

they say the same thing. just call it reversion. it's like they can't think well enough any more to say it in a language that they didn't start off in. simple. as that. if you were having mind blowing orgasms would you want to bother to say it in a language other than the one you have grown up in??

I've heard republicans sit on the edge of the bed and talk about how good it's gonna be.

sounds more like the Dems to me...
just keep insisting how great you'll do and that you have a better way
after awhile despite not making a point you will brainwash enough people that they will talk about how good you are in bed, BEFORE the sex even happens

Stonefish - hilarious!!!
To be honest if I'm having a real orgasm I say very little apart from low pitch moans! To be honest one way of telling if I'm faking it is if I do actually say all the cliches - often it's because I'm bored and know I'm not going to come so want to let the man know he can just go for it and ejaculate, and get it over and done with! Ha ha

In Italian : 'Vengo' or 'Arrivo' means I'm coming.

Oh yes 'Pompino' means blow job in Italian - a word that I inadvertently asked for in a bike shop one day! I wanted a bicycle pump
You see my Italian wasn't very good but I followed the rules I knew and I knew 'pompa' meant pump, and I knew if you put 'ino' on the end of a masculine noun if made the thing small. Unfortunately for me the word pompino has evolved from meaning small bicycle pump, to blow job in the Italian language.
Needless to say I didn't get a bicycle pump that day. I was also unaware as to what I'd asked until I told my Italian friend later who creased with laughter and told me what I'd said. I wondered why the guy in the shop looked confused.

I agree that regardless of language i think when one is in absolute, climactic elation he or she will just make primal, guttural sounds more than actual words. I think it is just a part of the animal side of humans we try so very hard to hide. There is just something so superficial and robotic about just screaming "Harder, Harder!" or "Fuck me!" twenty times. But in regards to your question I feel it is more or less the same translation as the english "Fuck me" and what not, just in a different language is all.

Being deaf myself, I know sign language but I speak quite well for a deaf person, so I just say whatever - harder, faster, deeper, etc...

But I know some of my deaf friends sign when having sex. They will sign such words as OMG, harder, faster, etc...

I was with a deaf man nce and he just signed to me Ride faster, ride faster. :p
