Maybe because it looks remarkably like the 'Magnificent Eleven', a trim-to-fit penis extension / vibe sleeve made by Dr. Love's, the same mold used for the strapon 'Perfect Extension', both widely available online and in sex shops. Even the veins and the rolled back foreskin on the dildo exactly match some of the OP's dick pics, the one displayed on his computer keyboard for example, though curiously in other pics he appears circumcised. Under the circumstances, maybe some of his other pics warrant closer scrutiny too by the board's photoshop wizards, I dunno.
