Well I think that it depends on what you want to mean by devaluing. If you say that any dick larger than six inches is huge then what does it say for a dick larger than eight inches? By including smaller sizes under the definition of huge that's detracting meaning from the title.
And the only way to determine how someone stands is by statistically comparing them to others. Dick size is explicitly a quantitative attribute, meaning, it's something that can be measured. A better example is that while a orange is larger than a clementine, it's nowhere near as big as a tangerine.
