Hey guys. So I've been going to the gym for just over a month now I think and thought I'd post a new pic to see what you thought of my progress. I know I'm no adonis yet but comparing to my older pics I think I've made good progress
So would really appreciate feedback and possibly some good tips and tricks to get in even better shape x
