No need to wear anything, the sheets keep me covered and warm. I've slept that way since I was 20. If I have a roommate, I still wear nothing. I agree that clothes are hot and binding.
I wear nothing, I don't live in a part of the world with extreme temp variations across the year and I've only very rarely ever needed to wear any thing to bed except in one or two exceptionally cold winters when I might have put a t-shirt on.
I have to wear at least a pair of underwear. Don't care if it's 85 degrees at night. My still-raging hormones seem to think nude times is sexy times, no matter what time it is. Even if I'm so tired that I crash on impact, underwear's necessary to keep my junk from getting sandwiched in awkward positions and waking me up later.
I can't wear pajama tops, though; I always get mad tangled up.
