What do you wear to sleep in?

I am almost always in a t shirt or like tonight a thermal. Nothing below the waist, but I don’t like cold shoulders.

So I’m basically the only one freezing when sleeping naked in winter

I’m hot natured my husband is the exact opposite. We have a dual zone mattress pad that he keeps on level 4. He sleeps under a sheet and two blankets and we compromise with the heater set on 74, the hottest I can deal with.
I don’t have the mattress pad on. I sleep partially under only a sheet with a fan blowing on my side.
We both sleep nude but he’s cold while I’m sweating.
