That is a very good question, Beachboy19. There will never be an answer that everyone agrees on. I set mine 99 gay/1 Straight. That is because I've been married twice to women and considered myself straight for most of my adult life. In my head, I had an appreciation of male bodies. Though I didn't act on it. The situation morphed into my present situation. I've been partnered with the same man for 23 years. I have no thoughts or desires of sex with women.

You see each example will be different. One good thing about this group is that people are not reluctant to explain these personal things about their sexual history. You will probably find more honesty here than with anyone you come into contact with of a daily basis.

For me, as appears to be the case with Roger, above, I tend to make a distinction between love or romance, and getting turned on sexually. I have found seeing both men and women sexually stimulating (to be honest, women much more so than men), but I have never fallen in love with a man, like I have with women.

I'm just the opposite of Roger. I've been in a romantic relationship with my best male friend so I know that it's possible to be involved with a guy...but for me, not just any guy.
