You can't measure a curve with a cock. That's why tapes aren't legitimate. They measure in 2 dimensions. Length is a one dimensional measurement. You wouldn't measure the underside of an upward curved cock and accept that as legitimate would you? Same idea with down curves.
No they aren't. Curving an object (in this case a penis) will yield a longer than actual measurement if you measure along the outside curve.
