Am I a sex addict? Well, in one way, yes, because I really can't do without it.
On the other hand, unlike, say, drug use or smoking or whatever, sex is a very normal function and one that almost everyone would say that they need. So I think the real test is whether sex whether seeking sex, watching porn, chatting on websites, whatever is occupying so much time that it is preventing you from fulfilling life's other functions (work, social, ordinary self-care, etc). Another red light, to me, would be if I had no interest in having, or was unable to have, non-sexual or non-sexualised relationships.
