It seems pretty understandable to me. Depending on your current size, if you can increase it then you are more likely to improve your sex life and state of mind. Whether that is the ability to attract more partners, better able to satisfy your partner, improve self-confidence, etc.

To answer this question, from this particular female point of view...

I would have thought that might be too large - I think 7-7.5 x6-6.5 is the perfect penis size. But then I was with my heart-throb Redcell, who has the largest penis I've ever seen in person, and I was so excited to be with him that his size was no problem what so ever. I'm sure there are some positions with a penis that large that are easier than others. Extreme caution may need to be used with doggy style for example.
