Anyone know of any foods/drinks which have a great effect on improving circulation?

If you've got a chinese food store or health food shop look for the following teas (tisanes):

    Ginkgo biloba
    Ginger
    Korean Panax Ginseng
    Yohimbe
    Dr. Ernst's circulation tea
    Rosemary
Horny goat weed (I found a tea called "Action man tea" that contains it.)
    Cinamon
1 glass of most alcoholic drinks will boost circulation - more will desensitize.

Teas work very quickly compared to taking pills.

    Food:

Any hot spicy food - Chilli, Curry etc.
    Oats
    Ginger
    Goji berries

That's all I can think of at the moment.

fo-ti. Improves circulation and "stops" aging.

Damiana. Very bitter, but it does work. Use capsules.

Ginko lowers blood pressure. Not much for memory (relaxation is the booster), and in large doses is not good.

Just go out and buy some "non flushing" niacin tablets. Meanwhile have a balanced diet!

An herb used in the Chinese and Hindu medicines for the past thousand or so years. Just google it. There's a good amount of information.

As for the "anti aging" bit, my chest hair has stopping coming in silver, and is now coming in black.
