Maybe the author wanted it removed, for some reason...
I've read many stories here with sexual situations between young persons, say 16 or so, and that was about the age of the protagonists, wasn't it ? I think it's not that shocking, it's just a fantasy, a story... And teens do it.
It's not as if the hero of this story was five or was being raped by older people, or anything.

Yeah, I went back and reread the story (I saved the parts as they were posted) and the only thing I could find was in part 4 at the party, he got "worked over" by some of the girls. Also parts 1-4 take place during his junior year.

The thing that hangs me up with this story is that there have been plenty of other stories involving characters around this age that were way more tense, shall we say, than this one. I mean this is pretty tame compared to A Story of Richard (about a ten year old who screws all sorts of women as described in detail). That story was on here *gasp* and to my knowledge still is. So...

I read the story, and I am not surprised that the mods requested some changes.. as I recall, he was between sophomore and junior years.. in the USA, that typically means an age of 16-17.. and the board's TOS considers that to be underage; which is their prerogative. Looking forward to the repost!

Indeed, there's been a lot of 16-17 sex around here that's not been deleted... Nor should they be in my opinion.
If you ask me, there's a lot of other stuff that are just distasteful, snuff-like, that should be deleted, but apparently some people are terribly afraid of two 16 year-olds having sex but shrug off torrents of blood, rape and violence like it's nothing, as long as it's between adults.
No offense meant to the moderators, I believe it's just the way america works nowadays... Alas.
Still, I'm looking forward to the repost !

As much as I dislike 'me too' posts, I agree with the way things are screwed up in this country; a naked blade used in anger is considered less offensive than a naked body used in love.

If everyone involved is mentally and emotionally mature enough to choose to have sex and accept the potential consequences, there should be nothing preventing them from consenting to their mutual pleasure.

Note I did not say physically mature, the number of laps around the Sun does not dictate how mentally or emotionally mature you are. A 14 year old could be mature enough in mind and spirit to engage in responsible sex, while a 40 year old may still be to emotionally immature to be left alone in a room with whatever s/he considers 'sexy.' The problem here is that mental and emotional maturity cannot be measured on an objective scale, so the laws of the land, which are based on logic and facts (at least they're supposed to be), cannot make a legal decision based on a subjective value. So we're stuck with the 'trips around the sun' as the unambiguous, measurable determinant of 'maturity.'

We do follow the rules - as I stated, if and when these threads are brought to our attention they will be scrutinised to see if they breech the ToS.

Please bear in mind that all members of the Moderating Team volunteer our time to do this - there are frequently issues which draw our attention and due to the sheer volume of posts, not all existing threads can be checked. We also rely on (and are grateful for) members reporting content where they see violations of the ToS.
