as I stayed at my home computer working on quarterly, and year-end reports, didn't visit with friends or family, I had peanut butter sandwiches on whole wheat bread with a glass of pumpkin pie-spiced soy milk

What's pumpkin pie-spiced soy milk like then ?

I had both Prime Rib & chicken on account of my dingbat brother called my mom & told her he'd had enough chicken for the week.

That, and mashed taters, corn, greenbean casserole, pork stuffing, and homestyle biscuits, followed by a desrt of storemade homestyle apple pie and ice cream.

Yep, I gotta work this off the next coupla weeks, but it was worth it.

Christmas eve was spent at a friends house and they served; shrimp cocktail, assorted slices meats and cheese. Dinner was poached salmon, saffron rice and assorted side dishes. Dessert was strawberry shortcake. Yesterday for breakfast I made an apple german pancake. We went to the park to ice skate and had hot dogs, cotton candy and carmel apples and hot chocolate. For dinner last night we had a honey baked ham, au gratin potatoes and green bean salad. For dessert we had this thing I make that does not have a name but it's a pastry made with a quart of heavy cream, flour, sugar and cinnamon topped with creme fraiche. We washed it all down with a nice bottle of champagne and had Grand Marnier night caps.

No not really, we skated it off. I had to come home and take a nap before dinner.

first I had coffee then went to work 9 hours then drove and hour to go to dinner with my family, we had a good ham dinner with the usual mash potatoes and a few veggies. Watch them play Wii for about and hour then drove an hour home and drank a few cold ones( yuengling lager) and hit the sack cuz I had to be up by 4am to get to work again.
