I saw this & thought, well, sort of. Number two is not so much, but there are those like that.
With me & my experiences, with others number one is true when they realize it. Number three is often tied to number one and other folks self images of themselves and what is "normal" and what is "freakish".

You need a sense of humour.
You might as well choose to enjoy the life that you have, otherwise you are wasting everybody else's time and your own.
It's not easy, there is no need to make it difficult for yourself though, except in matters of principle.
