    There's a lot of anecdotal stories here about various supplements people are taking. I thought it would be interesting to find out some numbers on what people are taking. I decided to focus this post on herbs since there are plenty of them.

    As for me, for the last month or so I've been taking maca for energy on the recommendation of one of my yoga instructors. I can't say I've noticed anything in the way of sexual effects.

    Yohimbe, I've heard that has unpleasant side effects. Looks like maca is popular.

    Coleus Forskohlii seems to be helping and Lecithin (that's more for semen thickness)

    Have taken it and cannot recommend it. Does get me hard as a rock for no reason (in fact, a bit too hard--I'm naturally quite hard when erect anyway). However, it also sends my heart racing and jacks up my blood pressure. The few times I've done it, I've gone on to fuck 4 or more times that night and have one hand on the phone in case I needed to call for an ambulance for myself when the heart attack finally kicked in.

    Yeah I think I can do without the heart racing. Anything that makes me feel jittery or anxious is not something I'm going to take.

    I had never heard of Butea Superba or Coleus Forskohlii before.

    I tried maca for about 3 weeks once...Noticed no difference in anything sexual health related...Didn't buy it again

    Did a little research on it and it seems to have a number of potentially beneficial effects that I'm interested in (particularly that it can treat things like IBS and psoriasis). Where'd you get it/what brand/etc if you don't mind?

    l-arginine -1000mg daily. Definitely helps with overall fullness soft and hard. Been doing this for 3 years now (mid 40s myself) and my wife comments it feels "huge" when I'm inside and give it a few kegel inspired flexs...driving her over the top again and again....hth.

    I had not heard of L-arginine by itself doing anything for erections before. I've taken it for its benefits with working out and building muscle tone, but have never noticed it affecting my erections. (Then again, I have very hard erections as is and always have.)
    Are you taking it with anything else? My understanding is it's usually taken in conjunction with another supplement (like yohimbe) for erectile dysfunction.

    Besides my daily vitamins, just a reg mend health which I may discontinue I recently started taking Salba which isn't really geared toward sexual health. More geared toward overall health. I figure if I keep my whole system as healthy as possible then my reproductive system should follow suit. Just an overall health approach.

    Normal daily supplements include GNC MegaMen vitamins, low dose asprin, omega 3 and the arginine. I switch it up on the MegaMen blend - one month Sport, next month Performance and Vitality blend. Drinking plenty of water each day....when I don't or forget the supplements, I can tell in my energy level and such.

    6 grams Horny Goat Weed, 50 mg zinc, 400 mg pygeum, 4 grams Maca, and a Men's Multi vitamin per day. Definitely increase sex drive, and gives a "fluffy" flaacid hang, and a full balls feeling....
