In the early 90's I started PE and stopped in 2014,I've clamped, hung weights, stretched, jelqed,you name it and I've more than likely done it.
A lot of the main questions on here asked are did you gain and are the gains kept.
1- yes I gained inch and half went from 6 to 7.5, permanent-no they were not back to what God gave me.
I believe if I would of kept up a maintenance program would of kept the gains,the old saying if you don't use it you will lose it is true.
So most will ask how did you gain? By hanging many many hours every day all those years, As you get older alot of you will realize it's not about size,alot of women say it is not about size and I can tell you ,believe what they say.So any questions and I will answer

I agree,I look at these forums and you see men that have been here a long time,and then they are gone,they have reached their goals or are like me and said I'm older now and realize I don't need a bigger cock for my lovers wife or myself,and spend that time more productive. Yes it sucks more work around the house ,the garden ,cars.But for some reason I am more happy and life seems better instead of worrying about the fella between my legs.God I'm sounding old.

I was extremely into intense jelqing for many years. Was lucky to be larger than average to begin with at 5 1/2" mid erect. I have been able to gain over an inch of additional girth through PE. The thing about maintenance is that if you can go at it religiously for multiple years, maintenance in comparison is a walk in the park. Maybe I jelq twice a week for around 30 minutes each time, but often times I go several weeks between maintenance sessions. Haven't lost anything.

Great job,I agree with the maintenance part,I just moved on to life without PE.
It was a take it or leave it and I left. Over an inch of girth is very good,especially from jelqing. I've done the clamping,pumping and jelqing. Clamp and pumping seemed like more fluid build up and didn't last long,but good job and good luck

I can go up to 5" Hg easily. I've been up to 6" without any pain except the force of the tube on my groin. Feels good to pump back up as it loses pressure slowly. Did you increase the pressure over time?

Yes started out slow and built up to what I was,seen the fluid build up I was getting with pumping,that's why I decided to clamp to try and avoid fluid build up,clamped slow at first about 10 minutes 3 sets and in the end was leaving clamp on upto 45 minutes, but then the discoloration, yep did not want.But with clamping the more you keep yourself stimulated the better the growth was for me,if I just got hard clamped and left it, It didn't seem as big as the other way.

I agree that a penis size does not matter if we talk about a normal size. A short or thin penis is bad the same as too long and thick - yes too big cock is also an illness. The nature made a man and a woman fit. The most orgasmic place is close to the top of a vagina, not at the end of it. So unless a one are 8 cm is you will do fine.

I agree,I have read a lot over the years and many women agree it's not size and all about one's skills. As has proven in my life, but I am happy with me and a lot of men on here are improving for themselves and their partners which is great. It's all on one's lifestyle and if you have the time to put into PE.
When I was at 7.5 nbp to now at 6 nbp,I've had the same reaction from women as before for penetrative sex,but that's my look at it and why I stopped PE,and one last thing I had sex with a lady when I was 7.5 and just recently we hooked up again and not one word from her on the loss.She seemed to enjoy it more then I remember from last time,so who knows.

I agree about the firmness when erect,but as we get older it seems as if no matter what we do or try we don't get as hard as we once did. I think by all those years of PE it takes it's toll on our penis.
And of course father time doesn't help us out much either, but I also believe by keeping a healthy body and keeping body fat down dose wonders. Yes I got a few pounds to go,but happy and content, you look great so keep on doing what your doing and have fun doing it

what's a clamp? this sounds interesting to me, because i don't want to pump long... if i do, i get the capillary splotches which i hope to avoid. so it sounds like this clamp process could be good for me. Ideally if i have a date or something, i can pump before. But i've avoided this because I always end up with splotches. which is no bueno for a date.

also, I have a bathmate, i just used it this morning and after i use it for say 40 min. I swell to twice my size and have this big,fat, doughy cock. But i think it's the "fluid build up" like you mention. It seems like i should be stretching it out after my bathmate right for maximum gains?

I would not recommend clamping because of the discoloration, if that doesn't bother you you will be fine.They are called cable clamps you can find them on the net.just look them up and home depot has them. Like all things start out slow and monitor your penis,if any pain numbness or coldness stop and jelq or massage. I started out at 3- 10 minute sets. Then as time moved on I was clamping 10-12 times a day for half hour at a time,seemed like any chance I got, I clamped and even leaving it on 45 minutes a time,do not recommend that.
With your pumping and 3 10 min sets that should help you out. But remember all of us are different, what works for one might not work for another and just like in your pump it is not permanent.And last, besides the discoloration I did get fluid build up also by clamping long periods. There are alot of horror stories of things going wrong by overworking the penis so remember it's better to have what you have than to have one that doesn't work
