Now, my family doesn't celebrate Christmas hard, cause we're Jewish, but gifts are still given. Seeing as I don't need much I tend to ask for outrageous sky-mall type stuff. First on my list: the bullet proof shirt. Costs $12,000 and I have not use for it, but come on, a shirt that is bullet proof. That is 10 pounds of awesome in a five pound bag.

What I want for Christmas is people to be working...being happy with where they are working...be thankful...(behave:biggrin1:)...and be charitable and respect others and themselves.

I know this sounds REALLY lame, but for christmas this year my and my parents and their spouses decided that we would not exchange gifts this year but give to needy families. There are alot of poor people here in the city and really they need things for survival more than I need a new laptop.

Yeah, there are a lot of poor people in need, as well.

It doesn't sound lame to me. I don't really like Christmas as much. I would be happier if I didn't have to give gifts. I have always disliked Christmas gift giving and getting. I do like the holiday though.

Well Blondie and Invisi... I like your holiday spirit. For about 20 years I have been asking for a 10 ct grass green Columbian emerald ring. I'm still waiting.... so I'll settle for World Peace.

I hear you, buddy.

ME: I stopped assigning values to rings in my twenties. I have had a guy give me a simple gold band (that guy was special)...and another give me a Spiedel bracelet with my name on it (That guy was very special.).

I think that I will buy me a simple titanium ring with simple yet modern design elements and a white moonstone placement (if possible.). :biggrin1:

An adult-sized big wheel? :09:
Actually, this year I can say I do not desire or need anything material.

So...
I want to repay a favor I have owed since May of '08
To hug and cuddle my friend (and his toe) that is 4k+ miles a way
Reconcile with an ex and build a friendship that's been broken since this time last year--it's been too long.
Finally finish all this blasted reading.
Sway Invisi into liking Phunkadoodle as a name for our band... :scratchchin: :biggrin1:

Overall, I'm satisfied with seeing my friends and family, and maybe a quick Mexican vacay.

Lest I sound totally pretentious, last Christmas, I bought myself a really cool titanium band at Tiffany. There is another one that I want to get this year. The one I got is called the "Atlas" band, it has Roman numerals engraved all the way around. The one I want now is dark grey and has the Tiffany and Co. logo engraved on it.

Invisi I think you should come down to Charlotte to take a peek at the goodies at Tiffany at SouthPark.

The name of the band is going to be كسى نكنى جامد and that is all there is to it.

كسى نكنى جامد كسى نكنى جامد كسى نكنى جامد.

Commit it to memory. كسى نكنى جامد

The bandname is going to be كسى نكنى جامد.

My name is not Lester. :biggrin1: And you are not pretentious. If you want to go to Tiffany's and Co. and buy a ring or two...who am I to say no?

I have a eye on a few designs. I think that I want a black titanium ring or a night sky finished titanium ring. With my white moonstone placement. It is going to be a cool paranormal-esque looking ring.
