    I've seen pictures but I dont really know what they do or HOW they do it....Is it the same thing as basically using a rubberband (lol) ??

    Umm, basically it's a ring of silicon/latex that fits around the base of your cock. I believe you put it on after you are fully erect. It then clamps down on your base and makes your cock swell, also prolongs ejaculation.

    Ok, so they keep blood in when hard....but what about soft? Is their goal to basically push out and create a bulge in pants?? I've been looking to get a better bulge :)

    Never really used one. Should get one and try them out,,, they would probably be good for PE purposes too.
