Check out newbie routines; a good one IMO is JP's 90 Day routine.
Ask about adding pumping into the routine and see what they say... I have never done pumping, as I am after permanent results.
It should be okay, however; as long as one starts SLOWLY.
Slow and steady really does wins the race here; as going furious at first is a good way to injury and stalled growth.
