What is an Internet inch?

Hi, was wondering if there is an accepted measurement for an Internet inch? My theory if my maths is correct (probably not!) is that an internet inch is 0.66 of a genuine inch, this is based on the amount of messages I get from guys claiming to have 9 inches but who, in reality, probably have little more than 6 inches! Am I underestimating? Anyone else have a measurement in mind? :wink:

Unfortunately, 1 internet inch is a relative metric. It depends from person to person.

I think the ISO standard is 1 internet inch = 0.72 real inches.
