So how do YOU view breakfast? First meal of the day?

Yep, I need something breakfast-like for my first meal. No pasta, no fish, no burgers or ice cream or wine. And, sadly, I now must have coffee. Some day I aspire to break that requirement.

as late as the mid 90s it was common to stay a night in a reasonable old style hotel,
have a full mixed grill cooked breakfast in the am fr eg
(much like a Pub Lunch)
talking NZ, probably still available some parts of the UK/Country Aus
fraid those days are long gone now, more likely to be offered grains & fruit

Tunnbrod is knacke made with barley flour rolled extremely thin. I think they eat it more in Norrebotten.

FEB is 'full English Breakfast' and I have come to love it. Including kedgeree and mushy peas. Breakfast is the very best use of a buffet.
