Howdy! What is considered to be an average size for men? Is 6.5 to 7 hard considered average or on the large side? Thoughts?

Every study ever done says that 7" is most definitely large.

5" to 6" are most people. As an erotic masseur I've seen many thousands and most are about this size. I've had only 2 10.5" cocks in 37 years of doing massage. I saw an 11" at the baths and I saw Cutler XXX hard at the gym 20 years ago. The ones over 8.5", my size, were exceptional.

I don't see any sign of an 8.5" penis in your gallery and I think I can state unequivocally that you have never seen a 10.5" one, let alone an 11" one in real life.

You cannot say what I have or have not seen as you were not there at the baths, parks, and on the massage table with me and chances are you have not seen over 3000 cocks in your life like I have. Statistically most likely you have to see a lot of penises to have generally had a chance to see cocks at the upper end of the Bell curve. The Bell-Shaped Curve: A Common Pattern in Nature… My cock was 8.5" till a massage client gripped me too hard and I developed Peyronies years ago and lost 3 inches. I have a current photo on my webpage. I have learned to live with it but I miss my porn star cock. To think that cocks only 2 inches bigger than my 8.5" former dick size are not possible doesn't make sense as I saw hundreds of cocks over 8 inches over the years and that would be too many at the upper end of probability. Dick size like most everything else in nature is on a Bell Curve with a lot bunched around the middle and diminishing numbers thinning out as the size gets larger or smaller. 8.5" is too common to be up at the very top end of the Bell Curve.

Uh-huh.

Pray tell, what is your measuring method?

That's the beauty of math and science! We can use math to predict lots of stuff highly accurately without having to have lived the experience. And statistically we're much more likely to be correct than anecdotal remembrance.

Statistically most likely you have to see a lot of penises to have generally had a chance to see cocks at the upper end of the Bell curve. The Bell-Shaped Curve: A Common Pattern in Nature…

Penile length and circumference: a study on 3,300 young Italian males - PubMed

"Statistical analysis was performed with the Sperman test (sic), because our data were not normally distributed as tested by the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test (p < 0.01)."

Most things in nature actually don't strictly follow a normal curve. And there is lots of fall-off to zero at the tail ends of the curve.

My cock was 8.5" till a massage client gripped me too hard and I developed Peyronies years ago and lost 3 inches. I have a current photo on my webpage. I have learned to live with it but I miss my porn star cock.

Okay.

To think that cocks only 2 inches bigger than my 8.5" former dick size are not possible doesn't make sense as I saw hundreds of cocks over 8 inches over the years and that would be too many at the upper end of probability. Penis size appears to be reasonably close to Gaussian but the further you move from the mean the more this reasonably close breaks down, whereas with a pure Gaussian both ends extend to +/- infinity. How many negative length penises do you see? Not too many I'd guess. Likewise, you're not going to see too many at the other end either.

But, going strictly with a Gaussian curve, assuming an average penis of 5.5 inches long and 0.68 inches standard deviation (calcSD global average), there are no 10.5" or longer penises on the planet.

If true, I hope he sued the ass off the guy that broke his penis.

No way I would let that go.

It is caused by fibrous scar tissue (referred to as "plaque", but not the stuff that builds up in your arteries) that develops on the penis, resulting in curved, painful erections.

Usually as a result of chronic repeated micro-trauma to the tunica albuginea, and can lead to penile shortening and curvature.

I've never heard of a case of penile fracture causing Peronie's disease.

He grabbed me too hard, it hurt a lot, and next morning curved and 3 inches shorter with morning hardon. I went to a specialist and he said that was what it was. Caused by internal scarring in my case. I know it is not supposed to be a cause but it happened and next day full blown Peyronies symptoms that have lasted for 15 years. Go figure. It hasn't hurt my masseur job too much. He was married and I would have never ruined his life over this. I would not be able to live with myself. Besides I couldn't prove it. I have learned to live with it. The curve has finally gone away after 15 years. I had 20 years in the gay scene with a porn star cock so I really can't complain. My best boyfriend didn't come till after the accident. Go figure.

A Bell Curve has lots of small amounts of exceptions to the norm at either end.Almost flat for a while before it gives out. Intelligent answers BUT I must have had extra terrestrial experiences because when I put my dicks up next to the dicks in question they were more than an inch and a half longer and I know how big I used to be. I am very serious about dick and I know what I saw. I am also a bit perplexed: This is a Large Penis Support Group but people don't believe in really big dicks. Seems to be the wrong forum. It is like a Christian church without Jesus.

Because people here are - for the most part - rational. And we know that no one has ever produced a legitimate 10" cock.

Never.

I still want to know what your measurement methodology was for your own cock, since these other claims of yours are based on comparison to your 8.5". Then, I'd like to see exactly how you made these comparisons.

Rational people know that 10" cocks do not exist.

I'm sorry, but this just doesn't make any sense to me.

Is your penis now severely curved? A 3 inch loss of length would be quite a remarkably severe case of Peyronie's.

What type of "specialist" was this? As there appears to be no definitive link in published literature, I cannot believe that a "specialist" firstly suggested Peyronie's due to penile fracture as a definitive cause, secondly that Peyronie's manifested more or less instantaneously and thirdly that you did not subsequently become a definitive case study.

Devine et al (1997) showed that Peyronie's Disease results from acute or repetitive trauma to the penis with microvascular injury. And while it is felt that penile trauma might be an aetiological factor for Peyronie's disease in time, it is the repetitive injury that seems most important. Acikgoz et al (2011) examined a number of cases over 20 years, and in none of them did penile fracture induce the development of Peyronie's disease.

The averaged non bone pressed is about 5 inches. But keep in mind, most guys are overweight so fat pad plays a big part. Studies on bone pressed are all over the place. I’ve seen as low as 5 and as high as 6.5. Consensus seems to be about 5.4-6.3 which is a big range

My penis was curved up until this spring for 15 odd years. It is now 5.5 inches long and was 8.5". I was referred to a specialist who was a teacher at the local univeristy by my primary care physician at the time. Whatever I had it resulted the day after a painful grip by a client. My hardon was very painful for a few weeks. My doctor said it was Peyronies, they symptoms manifested like Peyronies. and my doctor suggested a $20000 surgery which I refused. I am sorry my malady upsets you so. I have never lied on this forum and have posted elsewhere about my peyronies experience. It sure acted like Peyronies.
