No, a moderator specifically quoted me and accused me of trolling.

I find it disrespectful and irresponsible for moderation to attack people in public, especially when the people they attack aren't even the ones actually trolling this place and stirring up trouble. Mods typically go after the people who lash out in frustration at the trolls, due to the lack of effective moderation. It's amazing just how incompetent this place is becoming.

This echoes my advice to you in another thread, cut the threadjacking out, the fact that you disagree with the opinion or advice of a moderator or moderators does not mean "this place" is being incompetently moderated, and if it is or it isn't has absolutely nothing to do with this thread.

You want to bring this topic up start your own thread in the appropriate forum.

This isn't a discussion, this is clear advice for your benefit.

A report on NPR this morning indicated that the issue of "forcible rape" was indeed an effort to exclude rape of "consenting"* minors and other "incompetents"** from abortion funding.

The term "forcible rape" was used as a legal term, not in a colloquial sense.

* Minors cannot legally consent to sex with an adult.

** E.g., the mentally ill, who if they have been adjudicated "incompetent" also cannot legally consent.

The problem is that there is no "legal" definition of "Forcible Rape". Regardless, it's a moot point now as the Republicans have removed the term "forcible" from their proposed legislation because of the uproar it caused.

this bill just further demonstrates the lack of value the GOP holds for women and their incredible, reprehensible treatment of all basic human rights already granted to men.
