Seriously, if you can tie your penis into a simple knot when flaccid, you are hung. If you can't, you're just larger than average. If your partner(s) can see it swing to and fro between your legs as you walk away, similarly . . . you be havin' a nice long dick.

Sorry to disappoint, but that's more the ligaments being stretched than sheer weight. If the ligaments are tight, the erection angle is high, if it's stretched long, the erection points down.
