Thank you Mark,

I really did not know. I guess we all feel so comfortable here discussing a myriad of topics, that I wanted to make sure that nothing was out of line.I really like what you have done with the site and have enjoyed it as a access to frank discussion and legitimate information that might not be readily outside a group such as this.

Sharing photos or videos of child pornography is definitely illegal. I can't think of any other category of "picture-sharing" that would be illegal.

Sharing pictures that could be considered X-rated with anyone under 18 would also be illegal whether or not the photos themselves are of adults. In the U.S. the subject in the photos also must be at least 18. It is less in some countries. Make sure the photos and photo recipients are of age.

Well, anything where the participants aren't consenting is also.

Well, aside from the child pornography, I don't know of anything else that is illegal. Now, if you want to know I think should be illegal, how about those webcam sites where some jerk off suckers women into fucking them on camera for some bloated reason, like pretending they're cops,(The web j/o's) or plain offers to fuck them in a moving van for money them dumps and not pays?

That's sexually speaking, now if you want to know what I know should be illegal, and that's any site concerning Roseanne :p

Thanks Guys,

I have not as yet made any pictures or sent them But it hit me "What is legal" because I want to make sure I do not inadvertantly do something on the wrong side. I didn't think I was close to the line but I just wanted to make sure.

I've heard about a couple of sites that do that, at least on film -- give the sap some pitiful excuse about wanting to hang out, then hitting on them, then messing around, and then giving them the boot. I think that part of it is show. I'm sure those captured on film are thanked for their participation and compensated accordingly.

BRMSTN69: Question, every erotic fiction site (including the one here) that I've seen has stories about minors having sex many times with adults , how legal is this?

I've decided not to worry about minors accessing the site. There's MUCH more graphic sites all over the internet that are easily accessible by anyone, including minors. Hopefully the young people who visit this site will learn something. I think most of us would agree that this site is more about education and support than it is about titillation.

Specifically regarding the "fictitious stories" section, we've been down that road already. According to the attorneys I've spoken with, there is nothing illegal about sexually graphic stories, no matter what the subject matter. On the other hand, photos and videos that feature minors in sexually active roles are not legal in the U.S.

About the sites that show women (and men) being used for sex and then "dumped" on the side of the road without being paid, trust me...they're being paid. It's all an act to excite viewers who enjoy humiliation scenes.

well, the gallery is largely (?) for titillation, but there is no sexual contact showing in there, so it should be okay. True, there are much more graphic things available to minors with no educational value. I am somewhat concerned that the context in which sex is sometimes discussed may not be in the best parameters for minors, but still feel the good outweighs the bad at the present.

Well, I can always put up a warning page, but please... The only way to truly keep people out is to require a credit card to get in, and even that isn't foolproof. Ever heard of Visa Buxx? (It's a Visa card for kids.)

And yeah, the gallery is definitely titillating for some of us, but I feel confident that it's also educational as well. It's interesting (and fun) to see that penises come in all shapes and sizes.

Anyway, I look at the stats regularly, and the majority of visitors to the LPSG are much more interested in the discussion than in the gallery. (Okay, except for Madame Zora...lol...just kidding, my dear! )
