 Sorry couldn't resist, found it on here.
It means developed for scientology scientists exclusively, of course.:biggrin1:
I think it means that its been no where near a scientist and has been developed by some monkey in the far east.
I can imagine the complaints:
Customer: It dosnt work!
Jelq dev: No! what a shame
Customer: but you said it was scientifically developed...so its got to work with all those scientist running tests and stuff?
Jelq dev: Errr... i think you'll find we didnt.... now ***** Off!
Scientifically developed would have to mean that it was designed based upon a theory of how it would work, that was formulated thru observation and measurement; and then subsequently tested to see if it performed as predicted, and the theory, and device, refined and revised thru several rounds of re-design and testing.
At least- that's what it ought to imply...
Well that would be scientifically developed.
For all we know, scienticially can be a brand new word created by an extremely bored Oxford fellow and which means only god knows what.
Maybe Rob knows this?
