I can imagine the complaints:

Scientifically developed would have to mean that it was designed based upon a theory of how it would work, that was formulated thru observation and measurement; and then subsequently tested to see if it performed as predicted, and the theory, and device, refined and revised thru several rounds of re-design and testing.

At least- that's what it ought to imply...

For all we know, scienticially can be a brand new word created by an extremely bored Oxford fellow and which means only god knows what.:wink:
