(Not sure where this was ment to be posted but health seems the most legit :S)

I've been meaning to ask this question for ages since I saw my 1st big donga :D you see it on white and black guys (Im not trying to be racist :S) its on the skin I'll give the best example I can without providing a pic...

Example 1: Take one big fat white cock there is a section between the head of the penis (the mushroom top) and then just below it for any given space it can vary from what looks like 1inch - 3inches of RED skin then tapering off into the body/cocks normal skin colour its very easily noticeable and I'm sure others have wondered if not asked.

So what is that red patch of skin whats it from, I admitt when I was a bit younger I ASSUMED that it was from penis enlargment and that was the stretched area....lol or no lol o_O?

    Cheers

Don't know the scientific name for it, but it's normal, you'd see it all the time from circumcised men, and you can view it from uncircumcised men when they yank their foreskin down.

I am by no means an expert on penis appearance (which is actually kind of interesting when you think about it), but it sounds to me like you are describing the area of flesh left from circumcision. I can't actually say for any other circumsized males (perhaps they will speak up) but I know for myself that there is a lighter patch of skin in between the head of penis that extends down to... I'd say a third of my shaft (not including the head) when erect.

    Hope I helped.

Yes, exactly - this is often referred to as "inner skin". The inner foreskin is mucosal tissue that is different from other skin areas. Its secretions help keep the glans of the penis moist and sensitive. (Nature intended the glans to be kept moist, shouldn't be dry).

In circumcised guys this skin (the only remaining foreskin tissue we have left) loses is mucosal properties because it is exposed to the environment. This area is more sensitive than regular shaft skin. If you lightly stroke it and your regular shaft skin with your fingers. There is greater response in this area.

Unfortunately with circumcised men this responsiveness is reduced - again due to exposure. Since it is exposed to rubbing on clothing it builds up a protective layer with reduces sensitivity (similar to glans).

I agree. I have a lighter, pinker area of skin from the head to circ scar. It gets darker as it approaches the scar (darkest) then transitions to a "normal" flesh tone. I have noticed this on other cut guys and is similar to uncut dudes if their foreskin is loose enough to pull way back. I assumed it was just what was left of the inner foreskin after being cut and healing to the exposed cut look.

Yeah I did assume that secondly most of the time I saw the effect in pornos from huge cocks so I assumed firstly it was from stretching and secondary as an effect from circumsicion

grab your lower lip. now pull it over your head.
    pink like that?

it's natural epidermal pigmentation...or the lack of melanin cells.
