I'm not anally receptive, but I have seen my second sphincter when I had a colonoscopy. It's at the top of the rectum and leads into the colon itself, the sigmoid (S-shaped) section.
In addition to lots of time to get into an extremely relaxed state, doesn't it take some manuvering or different body positioning (other than missionary) to get into and around this?
It hurts when first poked right? So, if a bottom says it hurts but wants to keep going, what exactly does a top do? Re-position, re-lube, and then slowly keep poking?
And for you guys that say it's an awesome experience, I think I can understand the emotional part of it. What I'm saying is like yea, with a colonoscopy you are doped up if not completely out of it but as sex you are wide awake and some guys cock or fist is literally up to your belly button in your ass, so I think I can understand the concept of feeling totally vulnerable, letting go of all fear and totally trusting the top. I think I understand how that would literally set the bottom free from all fear and even help establish a stronger bond between the men.
What about the actual physical feeling. What exactly do you bottoms physically feel? For example, does it heighten or lengthen orgasm or is it an entirely different feeling apart from orgasm? When the 2nd sphincter opens can you feel the cock or fist up in there going in and out? With the rectum there would be a full feeling like having to take a dump. Contrast entering the 2nd sphincter with that.
