what is the average flaccid size

Difficult to tell. Because when I'm really flaccid, like been running around, it's about 2 inches. but in a warm room about 4... and most people are the same.

Average is usually said to be around 3" which means the average man nearly doubles in size. Do you think most average sized guys are growers? I'm between 5.5-6" soft

I don't think there is an "average" necessarily, because men are different even if 2 men have exactly the same length/girth in their penis. Mine is about 8.5"-9" flaccid. Some are growers, etc.

Mileage varies.

It's impossible to quote my flaccid size because it varies anywhere between about 5" when cold and untouched to 6.5" when warm and untouched to about 7.5 when warm and lightly touched but no way aroused.
It's only 8" when hard up.
To me there seem to be 2 types of flaccid cock - ones that are short enough to stick straight out over the balls (probably 3" or less) and those that curve over the balls and then point down (probably 5" or more). But then that all fails when the guy has low hanging balls so that almost any size soft cock will point down - unless it's really cold!

Depends on atmospheric conditions. In hot weather mine's longer. If I'm cold it's shorter. More humidity just accentuates this. (So a steam room will make it very long, while a cold pool will make it as short as it can be.)
