what is the best scrotum (ball stretcher) available? Where may you buy them?

What do you guys suggest and where do I buy them? Weighted etc...leather, metal?

I use leather stretchers - they are fairly cheap and widely available. However, it is hard to find them much wider than about 2.5 inches: everything larger seems to require custom work. Over time, I've found that the leather ones deform and narrow, applying less stretch.

I find that the best way to stretch the balls is to wrap the balls with ThermaBand then tie a rope around the thermaBand wrapped ballchordand the other end of the rope tied to a weight. This is much cheaper than the stainless steel stretcher I bought for at stainlesssteel.com
