    It was originally used as a method of communication for the American Armed forces in the early 20th century I believe. Although I could mistaken.

    Did they have computers in the early 20th century?? I thought it was invented by the people at CERN in Switzerland.

    The sound track is taken from the musical "Avenue Q": here is a clip of the actual show. The original version was performed by actors on stage with puppets. There seem to be numerous parody versions on YouTube, in which people have copied the sound track on to various animated cartoons.

    At your age "early 20th century" must be circa 1970 and with that assumption you'd be correct! An early internet was developed by DARPA in the late 60s. It only involved a several computers, though.
