If you look at the poll results, the ratios resemble a normal (symmetric) distribution with the center around 1.20~1.29. The sample might be skewed higher because of the nature of this website, but it seems like this shows that the average ratio would be somewhere in the 1.20~1.29 range, not 1.00 as originally presumed...
