Mine is Mint Chocolate Chip...I call it chocolate chip mint. I only really like the one from Carvel, it tastes the best and the chips look like tiny Hershey's kisses.

Out of the three main flavors I like Chocolate the best.

From the supermarket I like Ben & Jerry's the best. New York Super Fudge (or whatever it's called) also Cherry Garcia and Chunky Monkey.

Butter pecan
Tin Roof Sundae
Bryer's Oreo-flavored ice cream (It tastes just like one of my favorite things in the world, an Oreo Blizzard from Dairy Queen)!
Chocolate chip
Vanilla
Chocolate

There's another flavor that I like, made with graham crackers, strawberry and chocolate swirls, but I can't remember the name of it atm.

hmmm... that's what i get for looking it up in Wikipedia. What's the difference?

The difference between sorbet and sherbet is that sherbets contain milk or another fat, making it similar to ice cream. Generally thought of as being fruit based, sorbets can be made with any ingredient.
Sorbets are technically ices (as in Italian ice) and are also referred to as granitas. They were actually the first iced dessert, probably having been invented by the Asians and then introduced to the Middle East and Italy. They are generally granular in texture where sherbet is creamy as a result of the added fat.
The smoothness of a sorbet is also dependent on the secondary ingredients because of how they can change the structure of the frozen recipe. More or less sugar or alcohol or even the amount of water will make a big difference in the texture of the recipe.

I have o idea what it was called as it was discontinued after only one summer. It was a combination of chocolate and mandarin orange flavours with bits of mandarin in it as well as ribbons of chocolate sauce. It was hands down the most delicious ice cream I've ever tasted.

It may be a good thing it's gone. I don't care to speculate on my waistline if it were still available.

Now I make do with french vanilla with Amaretto poured over top.
