When I was getting started on my fitness journey years back, I signed up with a personal trainer at a gym. It cost some money but (1) made me put an appointment on my calendar so I don't skip the workout and (2) helped me learn the exercises, methods and safety that I needed. This gave me a lot of future confidence for later workouts on my own.
A trainer can help you start with the exercises that are right for you and for your goals, so don't underestimate it.
With a little knowledge and good habits, anything is possible!
