Just for myself. I already work out a the gym and whatnot, so I just bought a kettlebell to supplement the weight training. I love them. I bought mine Friday, and in less than one week I'm feeling better than I ever have in my life.
I haven't read many of the posts in this thread, but will go ahead and throw this out there in case it benefits everyone...
If your sex drive is dwindling, man or woman, and you don't exercise, get off your ass and start people. Most of the time it really is something that simple!

Not only that, but exercise builds stamina, which translates to more than just doing the exercise or athletic activity... marathon sex, anyone? :wink:
Of course I should walk the walk rather than just talking the talk... Right now it's hard for me to get any exercise other than what I get at work just being on my feet all day (I work 5 days a week and go to school 4 nights a week...) I'm kind of an on-again, off-again exerciser, and I don't really like exercising alone - I prefer to be in a group or join a gym. I can't afford the gym right now, and the groups either are above my fitness level, or during times when I have school or work. That will change soon though... my class will end, and hopefully I'll get a better job and can afford to join a gym, too! I like to exercise, but right now I don't have the time or money.
