Measuring straight out like an erection, it’s a little under 5” or so at a regular flaccid if I remember right. Bone pressed flaccid would be a little over 5”.

Hanging naturally, the tape shows more like 5.5”

If it’s fluffy and warm it can look soft and still hang at 6”+ like in my gallery
