What kind of gains can I expect from just jelqing?

Its not a bad regimen to start with, but make sure you're warming up properly, and throw some basic stretching into the mix.

Go to PEgym, Matter of size, and/or thunders Place. PE gym has Jon Pops starter program. Big Al Alfaro has a starter program. Salvini has a 4 level program. Jelqing by itself is not much of a program. Include stretching, hanging, pumping, and then possible clamping. If it sounds like too much work, then you don't want it enough.

Yeah, that pretty much happened once. And that's why I'm still a virgin. I have made very few attempts to date since then. I feel like if I can get big enough where I won't have to worry about that anymore I can get back into that game with confidence.
