Probably a CI-6 both flaccid and erect.

So is a 9 or 10 something that is tempting then? I've never seen any dicks like those! Doesn't all that skin get in the way?

I find the index not to be too helpful. I am uncut, however the flaccid variation is very significant. If I have been running or bike riding, I will be a ci-9 as the scrotum and penis retract and become much smaller. I vary between a ci-3 if I have not been real active and a ci-6 if I have been moderately active. Erect, I am a ci-5 consistently.
