As seen on 14th Aenue, Capitol Hill, Seattle. This made me laugh, yesterday.
It is very "cute", but it's funny,
to me, because of the fire hydrant's location. That stretch of 14th Avenue is nicknamed,
"Millionaires' Row", an 8 or 9 block stretch of magnificent mansions built by the Timber, Shipping, and Alaskan Gold Rush Barons in the late 19th Century, and the early 20th Century, in Seattle.
