This same white house was trying to secure weapons, off the books. This is the Iran-Contra affair. To accomplish this officials helped proliferate the spread of drugs.
So basically that white house had two faces. Very few people were indicted because Oliver North was busy shredding evidence.
Reagan simply didn't recall anything.

The general population often fails in having the power to elect fair and noble leaders. Even in areas without voting irregularities, candidates are often selected by the wealthy few. We're left vainly trying to determine which is the lesser of evils.
